FIBA ruled that Yogev Ohayon will decide where to play next season

FIBA ruled in favor of Maccabi Tel Aviv and against Lokomotiv Kuban in the case Yogev Ohayon.

The Israeli PG will stay with the team from Tel Aviv while his contract signed with Lokomoti Kuban in the summer 2012 has been voided.

Lokomotiv Kuban has the chance to appeal to FIBA's decision. 

Ohayon can decide where to play next season, according to FIBA's statement. The PG already decided that he will extend his contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv soon.
