The Israeli will leave Maccabi Tel Aviv
Lior Eliyahu and Maccabi Tel Aviv will part ways. As reported by David Pick, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Eliyahu met on Friday. The club offered him $500.000 instead of $850.000 or they would opt-out.

Eliyahu has market in Turkey with Galatasaray being a good option for him considering he has already played with Carlos Arroyo and Milan Macvan.
Fenerbahce could be interested in him as well considering they parted ways with David Andersen,
Alex Tyus is the main target to replace Eliyahu but the American-Israeli forward is drawing interest from Olimpia Milano and Brose Baskets Bambeg, as written by David Pick.
