Maccabi Tel Aviv eyeing Tyrese Rice, Aaron Jackson

The Israeli powerhouse working for next season

Israel

Maccabi Tel Aviv is working to strenghten the roster for next season.

As reported by One's David Pick, the Israeli powerhouse flew to Germany during series in semifinals to scout and talk with Tyrese Rice.
Maccabi was really impressed by the performance of Tyrese Rice who averaged 15.3ppg and 4.6rpg in Bundesliga during the regular season.

Maccabi Tel Aviv is also eyeing Aaron Jackson, Maccabi showed interest in his salary but the guard will look to see if CSKA follow through on his $350k buyout.

Since his yearly salary is costly for Maccabi Tel Aviv, if Jackson deduct the buyout for an opportunity to play with college teammate Shawn James and keep competing at a high Euroleague level, it is possible for him and Maccabi to work something out.
Jackson moved last summer to CSKA Moscow from Bilbao.

Maccabi Tel Aviv also intend to keep Ricky Hickman for next season too and informed his agent. The guard will be officially re-signed after the Israeli League Finals.
