Eredivisie: Groningen beats Zwolle for the Championship

Donar Groningen, after the defeat of the 2015 Finals, is back on top in Holland, winning 4-1 the final series against Zwolle, conquering the title number 5 of own history.
The team of coach Braal, after the third place in regular season, won against Leiden of the MVP Worthy de Jong in semifinal. Across Landstede eliminated the recent champions of Den Bosch (4-2 both the semifinal series), despite the great season of Dejan Kravic.
The new champions started with two victories the last act of the post-season, closing with the 86-69 game-5 victory the 2016 finals.
For Groningen Lance Jeter was the playoffs MVP: 16ppg during the finals and a great game-2 with 23+10+8. Really great performances also for Ross Bekkering: almost 10rpg during the season for the center, with 11 points, 19 rebounds and 7 assist in the decisive game-5. Not enough for Zwolle the points of Jessey Voorn.
