Donar signs shooting guard/forward Bill Clark. He played college at Duquesne. His last team in 2013-2014 was MBC Mykolaiv from Ukraine and on December 26 he signed a short contract with Provence from the French Pro B (30.0 min,11.8 pnt, 5.0 reb and 3pnt 30.4%).
