Mike Caffey, Helsinki Seagulls agree to deal
He last played in Greece for Trikala BC
American point guard Mike Caffey has agreed to a deal with the Helsinki Seagulls of the Finnish Korisliiga, sources told Sportando.
Caffey last played for Trikala BC in Greece last season, averaging 8.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game.
After a 4-year college career at Long Beach State, the 24-year-old point guard spent his rookie season in Hungary with Jaszberenyi KSE. In 32 games, he averaged 15 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 30.3 minutes.
This will be Caffey's third season in Europe.
