Pyrinto Tampere re-sign Damon Williams
Eighth season with the club for the finals MVP
Pyrinto announced the one-year contract extension with the veteran forward Damon Williams that will play for the eighth consecutive season in Tampere.
Willams started his European pro-career own in Korisliiga before to move in Italy where he played for 5 years. He closed last season with 15.8ppg, 8.6rpg, 3.3apg and 1.7spg in 56 Korisliiga games winning his third title as MVP and 11.4ppg, 7.4rpg, 3.8apg and 1.6spg in Baltic League reaching the semifinals.
The club also decided to extend for another week the trial period of the American forward Malik Cooke.
