Rakvere Tarvas signed rookie Justin Black for a tryout

Estonian team Rakvere Tarvas agreed to terms with rookie Justin Black, according to sources, for a tryout period. The player will start his professional career after four years in Morgan State University, where he averaged 18.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.8 steals per game.
