Morris Curry signs with Lukoil Academic
The guard spent last season with KTP Basket Kotka
Lukoil Academic bolstered their backcourt for the new season. The club agreed on terms of contract with Morris Sharaud Curry (181 cm, 1987). The guard spent last season in Finland, with KTP Basket Kotka - runner up in the Finnish League.
Curry tallied impressive 20,1 points (leader of the tournament), 6,7 assists and 4,3 rebounds per game in EuroChallenge last season. In Finland, in Korisliiga he made is also quite good: 16,5 points, 6,1 assists (leader of the league) and 4,0 rebounds per game.
Morris Curry is MVP, best scorer, best guard and best import player in EuroChallenge 2013/2014 season. He grown up in Georgia before moving to Providence in NCAA and succeed to make it to the All Rookie Team 2006 in Big East.
