OKK Spars ready to sue KK Cedevita for 'stealing their players'

As reported by Yugobasket, Bosnian team OKK Spars is ready to sue Croatian team KK Cedevita both at BAT and at European Court of Human Rights for 'stealing their players'. OKK Spars asserts that Cedevita acquired Darko Bajo in an illegal way, because they still have a valid contract with the young player.
