Dimitri Lauwers: 'I was contacted by Telenet Oostende'

Dimitri Lauwers, in an interview released a La Gazzetta dello Sport, said that he was contacted by Telenet Oostende to join the team for the final part of the season.
"Telenet Oostende contacted me to help the team for the rest of the season. They want to strenghten their roster against Spirou Charleroi who won Ethias League in the last five years. I am thinking about their proposal" said Lauwers who also filed an apppeal to FIBA International Tribunal (BAT) against Scandone Avellino who still owes him 190.000 euros. "In Avellino I was not paid for one year. It is the thruth. I tried to resist more than Troutman and Szewczyk (who left before the beginning of the season) but I was wrong. I still keep all the memories with Avellino in my heart. I love their fans and I have a lot of friends there" added Lauwers.
