Belgacom Liege adds Michael Jenkins
Il giocatore arriva dai Walter-Tigers
Belgacom Liege Basket improved its backcourt for the upcoming Eurocup Qualifying Round by inking guard Michael Jenkins, who inked a one-year deal with the Belgian finalists on Thursday. Jenkins (191, 23) arrives from Walter Tigers Tuebingen, where he averaged 14 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.9 steals in 34 German League games last season. He has also played for Buducnost in Montenegro and Albany in the CBA since finishing his four-year college career at Winthrop University (NCAA). Jenkins helped Buducnost to win the Montenegrin Cup in 2009. He is set to make his debut in European club competitions when Liege faces Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem in late September.
