Parfait Bitee returns to Leuven

Parfait Bitee has signed an agreement until the end of the 2009-2010 season with Passe-Partout Leuven Bears. The Belgian team brings him back after he played for them last season. The Cameroon national teamplayer, who was active in the African Championships this past August, was currently in France waiting for the right opportunity. With the departure of U.S. guard Taron Downey, Leuven gave the former Rhode Island University (2008) the opportunity to return. Last season, the versatile guard had 8,7 ppg in appr. 24 minutes per outing while providing them strong defense as well at both back court positions. He is expected to arrive in Leuven today and start practising tomorrow. First game will be coming weekend vs Optima Gent.
