Oostende extends with Petrovic

Veselin Petrovic (194-G/F-77, agency: Beo Basket) will stay in BC Oostende 4 more years. Management of the Belgian squad is satisfied with his performances so far this season awarding the player with contract extension. Petrovic arrived to BC Oostende in 2005 and two times celebrated in Belgian National Championship (2006 and 2007). This season in Eurocup Petrovic averaged 5.3 ppg, 3.0 rpg and 2.3 apg. In EuroChellenge he had 10.7 ppg and 6.0 rpg, while in Belgian D1 Petrovic added 10.9 ppg, 5.4 rpg and 1.2 apg. Before BC Oostende he played for FMP Zeleznik, Partizan, BC Buducnost and Verviers-Pepinster.
