Telenet Oostende lands JP Prince
The American moves to Belgium
The hosting team of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Qualifying Rounds in late September, Telenet Ostend, announced on Wednesday the addition of small forward J.P. Prince for the upcoming season. Prince (1.93 meters, 27 years old) was the Polish League MVP last season as he led PGE Turow to the title averaging 14.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.1 assists. In the VTB United League, Prince had similar numbers with 13.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists. He made his pro debut in 2010 in Turkey with Antalya, and since then he has also played in China and Venezuela. Ostend will play the first of the qualifying rounds against ASVEL Lyon Villeurbanne.
