Parma Perm signs Janis Blums

The Latvian PG will play again in VTB League

Parma Perm announced the one-year deal with the veteran point guard Janis Blums.

The Latvian player closed the last season with Tecnyconta Zaragoza, 6.5ppg in 33 Liga Endesa games. He already played in VTB League, with Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius, BC Astana and VEF Riga.
