Zenit St. Petersburg reached an agreement withn Sean Armand, a source told Sportando.
The guard spent last season with Gaziantep averaging 16.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.9 assists in BSL and 12.7 points, 3.4 rebounds and 4.4 assists in BCL.
