American combo guard Kendrick Perry is expected to sign a deal with a VTB League team, a source told Sportando. It's still unclear which team Perry will join but it's likely to be one that will play also in Basketball Champions League, a source told Sportando.

Perry was really close to signing a deal with German side Medi Bayreuth, a source with knowledge of the situation told Sportando, but the offer from VTB League changed his plans before the signing. The combo guard spent this season with Szolnoki Olaj in Hungary where he averaged 15.1 points and 3.8 assists per game, while shooting 39% from the three-point line.
