Dmitry Gerasimenko to run new Krasny Oktyabr project?

According to Sports.ru, Dmitry Gerasimenko plans to restart the Krasny Oktyabr project in the VTB League. The current owner of Italian club Pallacanestro Cantù will also own the new Krasny Oktyabr, which is expected to play in Volvograd.

There are still doubts regarding how Gerasimenko will be able to bring the team back to the VTB League without first paying off debts of the old Krasny Oktyabr, which folded in 2016.
