Rolands Freimanis plans to sign an open contract with VEF Riga

Rolands Freimanis is signing a contract with VEF Riga.
The Latvian will sign an open contract with VEF Riga and he will be able to leave if he gets a better offer from other teams.

I'm told Latvian-born Rolands Freimanis has signed with VEF Riga of the VTB League, on condition he can leave at will.
