Joe Ragland has an offer from Lokomotiv Kuban, according to Il Mattino.
The American point guard with Liberian passport is undecided whether to accept it or not.
Avellino wants to re-sign him but the two parts have not talked yet as confirmed by Ragland’s Italian agent.
“We are waiting for the club. Scandone has to make the first step” Ferracini told Il Mattino. “We have not talked yet with Avellino. Joe is ready to listen to Scandone but he loves being in Avellino” Ferracini added.
