Nizhny's floor general Taylor Rochestie out at least three weeks
Rochestie is out with abdominal injury
Nizhny Novgorod is set to face the remainder of the regular season without playmaker and floor general Taylor Rochestie, the 2014-15 Turkish Airlines Euroleague top scorer, who will be sidelined for three weeks due to an abdominal injury. Rochestie got injured in his team's 98-101 home loss against Real Madrid last week, leaving the game early in the fourth quarter. As such, Rochestie will not be able to help Nizhny until 2015, missing his team's games against Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Unics Kazan. Rochestie is Euroleague's leading scorer (20 ppg.) and ranks second in performance index ranking (20 per game), only behind Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade center Boban Marjanovic. Rochestie also averaged 5.6 assists and 5.4 fouls drawn until now, and was recently chosen as the VTB League MVP for November.
