The team coached by Itoudis tried to acquire Brown making an offer to Lokomotiv Kuban who turned it down.
Lokomotiv will not let Brown play for a rival team in VTB League.

Sources tell me CSKA tryed to acquire Derrick Brown from Lokomotiv but their offer was rejected. Loko won't let Brown play for their rival.
