Russian powerhouse CSKA Moscow extended two-year €3 million offer to Raptors guard Nando de Colo, according to l'Equipe.
De Colo is restricted free agent. The French started the season with the Spurs and then moved to the Raptors who recently extended a qualifying offer to him.
