CSKA Moscow is close to Janis Strelnieks.
The Latvian point guard comes from Budivelnyk Kyiv where he averaged 8.1 points, 1.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game in Euroleague.
Strelnieks also averaged 10.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists in Eurocup in 10 games.
