Lokomotiv Kuban made a two-year offer to Omar Thomas, according to sources.

The American forward spent the season in Italian Serie A with Dinamo Sassari averaging 11.3 points and 4.8 rebounds during the regular season and 8.3 points and 3.5 rebounds in the playoffs.

Omar Thomas has one year remaining with Sassari but both parties can opt out of the deal.
