Sergey Bazarevich confirms he has an agreement for the season with Cantù

Sergey Bazarevich confirmed that he will be the new head coach of Pallacanestro Cantù. The coach reached an agreement till the end of the season.

“I have agreed to coach Pallacanestro Cantù” Bazarevich told RSport.ru. “I am waiting for the working visa and as soon as it will be issued I’ll fly to Italy. There were negotiations for some time with Cantù. Today the team is not a top level team but because at the beginning of the season the budget was not too high. As I understand, the situation has changed and there are new ambitions” the coach added. “Cantù is a basketball town. The contract is until the end of the season. I think this is the right decision. I am interested in getting some international experience as head coach” ended Bazarevich.
