JaJuan Johnson has agreement with Cantù. FIP Federal Court to decide if they can sign him

JaJuan Johnson has an agreement with Pallacanestro Cantù but his return to Italy has been blocked by the Italian Basketball Federation.

The Federal Court of FIP will decide on Monday whether Cantù can sign or not the forward who recently left Krasny Oktyabr.

Acqua Vitasnella Cantù decided to start the season with the formula 5+5 (5 foreigners and five Italians). With this formula they were allowed to have just six working visas from the federation.

They used all of the six visas but now they want to switch to the formula 3+4+5 (three Americans, 4 Europeans and 5 Italians) that allow teams to have 8 working visas.

Johnson was close to Trabzonspor but he decided to turn the proposal of the Turkish team down to return to Italy.
