Enel Brindisi agreed to terms with Elston Turner, according to sources.
The American player spent last season with Victoria Libertas Pesaro averaging 16.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 30 games in Serie A.
During the summer Turner signed in France with Chalon but his experience in Pro A lasted a few weeks.
