Valencia's Sergi Garcia out two-three weeks with injury

Days after making a successful Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut, Valencia Basket guard Sergi Garcia will miss at least three games over the next two weeks due to an injury. Garcia (1.89 meters, 20 years old) suffered a leg muscle tear in practice on Monday that team doctors have prescribed two to three weeks of inaction to treat. Last Thursday, in a loss to champions Fenerbahce Dogus Istanbul, Garcia made his first EuroLeague appearance a notable one, scoring 8 points off the bench in almost 18 minutes of action while pulling 2 rebounds and dishing 1 assist. Garcia was signed by Valencia in December.
