Hapoel Jerusalem owner, Ori Allon, considering joining EuroLeague as top sponsor

The goal is to put Hapoel in EuroLeague in the near future

EuroLeague
Ori Allon, owner of Hapoel Jerusalem and owner of Compass, a real-estate start up company worth $2.2 billions could be interested in becoming a sponsor of EuroLeague, as reported by Sport5.co.il.

This could pave the way for Hapoel Jerusalem to enter in the EuroLeague tournaments.
Allon could adopt the model used by Dogus which invested in basketball team Darussafaka, became one of the EuroLeague sponsors and entered in the competition with a wild card for two consecutive years (from 2015 to 2017).

"We did not speak neither with Hapoel nor with any Israeli company to become a sponsor of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. If any company would like to speak, it would only be with regards to a sponsorship deal, but never linking that to a spot in the League. Hapoel can qualify to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague through the 7DAYS EuroCup as there is no other change planned in the access system for Israel for now" EuroLeague officials said.
