Top100 Euroleague Players: 40-31

The regular season will begin on October 12, it's time to find out the top100!

EuroLeague
Introduction
These rankings are both a subjective list (that will create disagreements and differing opinions) and a sort of 'Euroleague guide'.
N.B. Sergio Llull was not included in the list because he's probably out for the season; Tyrese Rice was not included in the list because he's still on the market and he is not in the plans of the team for the upcoming season.

Criteria
Player's value;
Team's value;
Player's role and impact in the team;
Player's potential;
Last year numbers and injuries.

#40 MARCELINHO HUERTAS (PG, BASKONIA)
Former Lakers player return to the top European League. He needs ball in hands and he's a great in the pick and roll.
Outside shooting is an issue, his trademark is the one leg running shot.

#39 WILL CLYBURN (SF, CSKA MOSCOW)
A long forward who can perform equally well in the '3' as he can in the '4'.
He can attack off the dribble and he's a strong perimeter defender and a good rebounder. He needs to improve his shooting mechanics (29 3P% both in Euroleague and BSL).

#38 QUINCY MILLER (SF/PF, BAMBERG)
If he's healthy, he'll definitely have a breakout season, like two years ago at Crvena Zvezda Belgrad.
Streaky shooter who can play above the rim in offense and protect the rim on the defensive end: a modern forward with a lots of room for improvement his game.

#37 JORDAN THEODORE (PG, OLIMPIA MILAN)
The Basketball Champions League MVP was rewarded with a transfer to Olimpia Milan.
He will have a leading role in his team once again (the beginning is promising: Milan won the Italian Supercup and Theodore was the MVP).

#36 ANDREY VORONTSEVICH (PF, CSKA MOSCOW)
A very smart player, good positioning in defense and offense.
He's a threat from the three point line, he opening up spaces; amazing after switching defenses and in every kind of pick and roll situation.

#35 JANIS STRELNIEKS (PG, OLYMPIACOS)
One of the most reliable point guards in the league and he will be the partner of Spanoulis in the starting five.
The starting point guard for Latvia NT is the most important summer transfer for Olympiacos.

#34 STEFAN MARKOVIC (PG/SG, KHIMKI)
Committed defender who's very good at creating for the others, he's coming of a strong season regarding outside shooting.
The perfect fit alongside Alexey Shved.

#33 JASON THOMPSON (PF/C, FENERBAHCE)
Another bet with a former NBA player (Ekpe Udoh, Anthony Bennett) for Maurizio Gherardini.
Coach Obradovic is expecting specific things from the American: toughness, defense, helping out in rebounds and spacing the floor with the midrange jumper.

#32 ALEX TYUS (C, MACCABI TEL AVIV)
He's one of just two players (alongside Bryant Dunston) to average at least a block per game in each of the past four seasons.
After a difficult season in Istanbul, he returns to Maccabi Tel Aviv, where he won Euroleague in 2014 (12 points, 11 rebounds and 3 blocks vs Real Madrid).

#31 JAMES GIST (PF/C, PANATHINAIKOS)
He could be higher on the list based on his individual quality, but we only saw him in eight games last year after his injury.
Great athlete who can defend both forwards than centers. He needs to improve his shot from the three point line.
