Insider EuroLeague Documentary Series presented by Turkish Airlines: "Istanbul: Hoops Hub"

If the heart of basketball beats loudest anywhere in the world right now, that place has got to be Istanbul, Turkey.

With four teams having played this season in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague – a record for any city – and 12 others from around the continent visiting there at least four times each over the last six months, Istanbul has been abuzz with basketball on a non-stop basis, night after night and week after week.

"Istanbul: Hoops Hub", which is the latest release from The Insider EuroLeague Documentary Series, presented by Turkish Airlines, tracks the ever-rising importance of basketball in this metropolis spanning two continents.

With the help of the only player ever to wear all of their uniforms, Ermal Kuqo, "Istanbul: Hoops Hub" goes inside the story of each of the city's four EuroLeague teams: Anadolu Efes, Darussafaka Dogus, Fenerbahce and Galatasaray Odeabank.

Two of the best coaches in the world, Zeljko Obradovic of Fenerbahce and David Blatt of Darussafaka, sit down to dinner to discuss what attracted them to Istanbul and how the growing devotion to basketball there is making the EuroLeague better and better.

The basketball symphony that Istanbul has become will reach its crescendo when the city by the Bosphorus hosts the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four from May 18 to 21.
