Euroleague, One Team donations to Philippines top €90,000

In another demonstration of the power of One Team, more than €90,000 was raised in 72 hours last week to support relief efforts following the Philippines typhoon thanks to the generosity of Turkish Airlines Euroleague fans, clubs, players and sponsors. 

Euroleague Basketball, which committed to donate €1 for each fan in attendance at last week's Turkish Airlines Euroleague games, will forward €88,421 to the Red Cross Philippines in the name of One Team and the competition's devoted fans. 

At the same time, pledges made by clubs, plays and donations to both the Red Cross and UNICEF on channels established through the One Team website saw the total figure in relief aid top €90,000.
