Bilbao la prossima destinazione del coach
Aris BSA 2003 announced on Wednesday that head coach Fotis Katsikaris resigned his post, citing personal reasons. After a lengthy meeting with the coach, club management accepted his resignation. Katsikaris's assistant Dimitris Priftis will handle coaching duties on an interim basis as the club seeks a permanent replacement. Katsikaris will attend a press conference on Thursday in which he may release more details.
Katsikaris joined Aris in October and guided the club to a first place finish in Group C of the Eurocup and a 5-6 record and a share of fifth place in the Greek League. He has previously coached Valencia in Spain, Dynamo St. Petersburg in Russia and AEK in Greece.
