Ventspils signs Kalve

BK Ventspils announced the signing of Ernest Kalve. The Latvian player did not pass a tryout period with Biella and spent last year with ASK Riga averaging 9.7ppg and 4.4rpg in Baltic League; 15.1ppg and 5.6rpg in Latvian league and 5.9ppg in Eurocup.

Ventspils also relased forward Martins Berkis and is looking a point guard. One of the candidates is Curtis Millage who is actually too expensive for the club.
