Siauliai, Raitis Grafs replaces Kinglesy

BC Siauliai announced the signing of Raitis Grafs who is going to replace Matt Kingsley who did not feel good in Lithuania.
Grafs spent last season with ASK Riga averaging 7.7ppg and 4.1rpg in Baltic League, 12.6ppg and 6.1rpg in Latvian league and 6.2ppg and 4.2rpg in Eurocup.
