Telekom Bonn inks Bryce Taylor

Telekom Baskets Bonn keeps putting together a deep roster for the upcoming 2009-10 season by inking guard Bryce Taylor to a one-year deal, the club announced Monday. Taylor (196, 22) arrives from Premiata Montegranaro, where he averaged 13 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 30 Italian League games last season. It was Taylor's first year as a professional basketball player, as he had finished his four-year career at the University of Oregon in 2008. Taylor averaged 12.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in 30 NCAA games in the 2007-08 season. He helped Oregon to make it to the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals and win the Pac-10 Tournament in 2007. Taylor has also been a member of the United States national team that took part in the 2007 Panamerican Games played in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
