Red Star, Pesic to stay?

Coach Svetislav Pesic, according to Glas-Javnosti.rs, may stay at the helm of Red Star next season too. Pesic threatened to leave the club if the financial situation would not have been better than the last season. Tomorrow there will be the final meeting with the president Slobodan Vucicevic. The budget of the Red Syar should be 3 millions of euro.

If Pesic will stay, Stefan Markovic will be automatically the first signing of the Serbian team. The young guard played the season 2008/09 with Hemofarm averaging 10ppg, 3.4rpg and 2.7apg in NLB. By the end of June Markovic can leave the club from Vrsac without the consent of the management and with the payment of 250.000 euro.
