Gal Mekel reportedly heading to Zenit St.Petersburg

The Israeli point guard spent last season in Spain

According to Russian reporter Artem Komarov, Eurocup side Zenit St.Petersburg is expected to sign Israeli point guard Gal Mekel. The deal is almost done, Komarov added in his tweet. Mekel spent last season with Gran Canaria in ACB, averaging 8.4 points and 3.3 assists per game.
