ratiopharm Ulm reached a new agreement with forward Da'Sean Butler to keep working together next season, the club announced Friday. Butler (2.01 meters, 29 years old) averaged 9 points and 4 rebounds in 13 7DAYS EuroCup games last season. He improved his numbers in the German League, averaging 10.4 points and 4.8 rebounds in 28 games. Butler helped Ulm finish first at the end of the German League regular season but his team fell in the semifinals against EWE Baskets Oldenburg. He has also played for San Antonio of the NBA, Austin of the D-League, Okapi Aalstar of Belgium and Champagne Chalons-Reims Basket of France. Butler is set to start his third season with Ulm. "I am incredibly happy to be able to return to Ulm and play for this organization one more year," Butler said. "It means so much to me and my family."
