Besiktas announces Leon Radosevic
The big man inks in Turkey
Besiktas JK Istanbul fortified its frontcourt by signing Leon Radosevic. The move comes after Lamont Hamilton suffered an injury that will sideline him for the preseason. Radosevic (2.08 meters, 25 years old) arrives from ALBA Berlin, with whom he averaged 9 points and 3.6 rebounds in 22 Turkish Airlines Euroleague games last season. He also recorded 9.7 points and 4.1 boards in the Turkish League. Radosevic spent two seasons in Berlin and won the 2014 German Cup. He's played a total of five Euroleague campaigns for four teams and took part in the 2013-14 Eurocup with ALBA. Radosevic has also played for Cibona in his native Croatia, EA7 Emporio Armani Milan in Spain and Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius in Lithuania.
