Telenet Oostende leaves Eurocup to play in new FIBA Cup
The Belgian team was already placed in Group B
Eurocup started to lose some teams for next season’s competition.
Belgian club Telenet Oostende announced on Twitter they will play in the new FIBA Cup and not in Eurocup.
Oostende got a wild card to play in Eurocup and they were placed in Group B with Alba Berlin, Enel Brindisi, Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia, Gran Canaria and Le Mans.
It is not clear which team will replace Oostende in the competition.
