Hawks director of international scouting Himar Ojeda said the Atlanta is seriously considering the possibility of bringing Walter Tavares to the NBA next season.
The big man from Cape Verde was selected with the 43rd overall pick of the 2014 NBA draft by the Hawks.
"It's too early to tell if we're bringing him in for next season because we don't know how the roster is going to look like and it's not just our decision, but his too. But yes, we seriously consider the possibility of bringing him in for the 2015-16 season" he told ZoomNews.es (translation via Hoopshype).
