VEF Riga 73 - 94 Maccabi Haifa Bazan

Maccabi Haifa Bazan improved to 2-1 in Group G of the Eurocup with a 73-94 road victory against previously undefeated VEF Riga. Donta Smith collected the fifth triple-double in Eurocup history with 18 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists as well as 2 steals for Haifa while Moran Roth had 22 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds for the winners. Brian Randle and Ike Ofoegbu both tallied 12 points for the guests and Ido Kozikaro hit for 10 points. Read more here.

Le Mans Sarthe Basket 81 - 74 CEZ Basketball Nymburk

Dashaun Wood scored 20 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter and extra session combined, as Le Mans Sarthe Basket survived in 81-74 overtime win over CEZ Basketball Nymburk on Wednesday. Victory improved Le Mans to 2-1, in a share of second place in Group A, while Nymburk dropped to 1-2. After the visitors held 32-40 in the third, Le Mans took over control with a huge 27-5 spurt for 59-45 advantage in the fourth quarter. Read more here. 

EWE Baskets Oldenburg 92 - Cedevita Zagreb 90

EWE Baskets Oldenburg rallied from a double-digit deficit, then survived an overtime drama to beat Cedevita Zagreb 92-90 on Wednesday. Win improved EWE Baskets to 2-1 in a share of second place in Group B, while Cedevita dropped to 1-2. The visitors used a 0-17 run to finish the second, and start the third quarter, opening up 39-50 lead. But the hosts got hot from behind the arc, and rallied take 67-66 lead. Read more here.

Pinar Karsiyaka Izmir 84 - Lukoil Academic Sofia 69

Pinar Karsiyaka Izmir downed Lukoil Academic Sofia 84-69 in Group E, to stay undefeated atop the table with a 3-0 record, while the perennial Bulgarian champions remained winless. Booby Dixon shined with 24 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals for an index rating of 37, Leo Lyons added 16 with 9 rebounds and 4 assists, Jon Diebler bagged 13 points and Esteban Batista posted 12. Igokea Aleksandrovac 77 - 84 CSU Asesoft Ploiesti

CSU Asesoft Ploiesti remained unstoppable on the road by winning its second game way, edging Igokea Aleksandrovac 77-84 in Group E to grab a share of second place with BC Khimki Moscow Region at 2-1 record. The hosts remain winless. Dragan Zekovic had an amazing performance with 25 points with 5 for 6 from beyond the arc, while Gerald Lee amassed 17 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals and Alhaji Mohammed scored 11. Read more here.

Union Olimpija Ljubljana 67 - 64 Valencia Basket Club 

Union Olimpija Ljubljana improved to 2-1 in Group C by downing previously undefeated Valencia Basket 67-64 in the Slovenian capital on Wednesday. Both teams join Asvel Villeurbanne and Ratiopharm in a four-way tie for first place, all with a 2-1 record. Alex Stepheson paced the winners with 18 points on 8-of-10 two-point shots and 11 rebounds. Deividas Gailius added 14 for Olimpija. Romain Sato and Oliver Lafayette led Valencia with 13 points apiece. Read more here.

FoxTown Cantu 83 - 58 Telenet Ostend

In a clash of the undefeated teams, FoxTown Cantu led from start to finish, building a huge lead in the first quarter en route to a comfortable 83-58 win over Telenet Ostend. Win improves Cantu to 3-0 atop of Group A, while Ostend drops to 2-1 in a share of the second place. Cantu stormed out of the gate, hitting 5 triples and using a 14-1 run to build 32-11 lead after the first quarter, and the hosts never looked back. Michael Jenkins paced the winners with 22 points. Bisons Loimaa 60 - 61 Besiktas Integral Forex Istanbul

Besiktas Integral Forex Istanbul nearly wasted a 23-point second half lead in holding off Bisons Loimaa 61-60 on the road in a Eurocup Group H thriller. Besiktas scored just two field goals and five points in the fourth quarter but Loimaa’s Billy Keys missed two potential game-winning three-pointers in the final 29 seconds to give Besiktas the victory. Chris Lofton scored 20 points for Besiktas, which improved to 2-1 after collecting its second straight road win. Read more here.

Telekom Baskets Bonn 108 - 104 CAI Zaragoza

In a high-scoring, fun-to-watch showdown, Telekom Baskets Bonn registered its first road win in Group D by rallying to beat CAI Zaragoza 108-104 at home on Tuesday. Both teams now tie in Group D, each with a 1-2 record. Benas Veikalas paced the winners with 19 points. Ryan Brooks had 17, Jamel McLean added 16 on 10-of-11 free throws, Jared Jordan got 14 while Enosch Wolf and Donatas Zavackas each contributed 10 for Bonn. Read more here.

PAOK Thessaloniki 75 - 77 Aykon TED Ankara Kolejliler

Aykon TED Ankara Kolejliler escaped from PAOK sports arena with its first win, a thrilling 75-77 decision over PAOK Thessaloniki after an outstanding come back in the final quarter. The visitors reeled off 15 straight points to take the lead. In the Group F table, Khimik OZP Yuzny remained undefeated, while PAOK is 2-1 and TED Anakara 1-2. Vladimir Golubovic paced the winners with a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds. Read more here.

Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem 80 - 87 Khimki Moscow Region 

In arguably one of the most intense game in the 2013-14 Eurocup so far, Khimki Moscow Region improved to 2-1 in Group E by edging Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem 80-87 in double overtime on Tuesday. Petteri Koponen paced the winners with 20 points and 6 rebounds but Sergey Monya was the man of the game, forcing a second overtime with a big three-pointers and adding two more right after that to put his team ahead for good. Banvit Bandirma 85 - 61 MZT Skopje Aerodrom

Banvit BK Bandirma routed MZT Skopje 85-61 in Group G to improve to 2-1, thus securing a share of second place. The result left MZT winless. Scoring ace Sammy Mejia led the winners with 19 points on 6-of-8 two-point shooting plus 8 rebounds for a performance index rating of 26. Chuck Davis added 15 points, Drew Gordon had 13 with 8 boards and EJ Rowland netted 10 points. Gjorgji Cekovski was the main contributor for MZT Skopje with 13 points and 7 boards. Read more here.

Cibona Zagreb 77 - 87 Artland Dragons Quakenbrueck 

Artland Dragons Quakenbrueck registered its first win in Group A by downing Cibona Zagreb 77-87 in the Croatian capital on Wednesday. Artland improved to 1-2 in Group A while Cibona dropped to 0-3. Anthony King paced the winners with 19 points on 9-of-11 two-point shots. Brandon Thomas added 16, Kenneth Frase had 13 while Lawrence Hill got 12 and a game-high 8 rebounds for Artland. Nizhny Novgorod 83 - 62 Buducnost VOLI

Despite a somewhat balanced first half, Nizhny Novgorod rolled in the third quarter with a 21-6 partial score to blast Buducnost Voli Podgorica by 83-62 at home in a Group F game played Wednesday. The win lifts Novgorod to a 2-1 record while Buducnost dropped to 1-2. Semen Antonov led the winners with 20 points, Primoz Brezec added 16, Dijon Thompson contributed a double-double of 13 points and 10 boards, Brandon Paul hit 12 and Petr Gubanov 11. Read more here.

Virtus Rome 85 - 71 Alba Berlin

Group D has a new look at the top after Virtus Rome got its first win at home 85-71 over previously unbeaten Alba Berlin on Tuesday. Rome and Berlin are now in second place with 1-2 records while BCM Gravelines Dunkerque rides alone at 3-0 in first. Rome stormed to a 44-25 lead at halftime and never looked back on the way to a solid victory based on sweet shooting. Quinton Hosley paced Rome with 20 points while Jimmy Baron added 16, Jordan Taylor and Phil Goss 12 each. Read more here.

Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari 102 - 87 Elan Chalon sur Saone

Dinamo Barco di Sardegna Sassari nailed 17 triples and dished out 29 assist to down Elan Chalon sur Saone 102-87 on Tuesday. Win improves Dinamo Sassari to 2-1 in a share of second place in Group B, while Elan Chalon drops to 1-2. The hosts pulled away in the second half, after some fireworks in the first. Before halftime, there were combined 20 three-pointers, with Dinamo Sassari hitting 10 alone in the second quarter. It was 58-54 at the break, and the hosts held a 6-point lead, but Marques Green hit 3 of his 7 three-pointers in a 17-2 run that got Sassari to 93-74 lead late in the fourth quarter. Read more here.

Bilbao Basket 98 - 71 Belgacom Spirou Charleroi

Bilbao Basket used a huge run at the end of the third and start of the fourth quarter en route to 98-71 win over the visiting Belgacom Spirou Charleroi on Tuesday night. Bilbao improves to 3-0 in Group B, while the visitors remain winless, in the last place, after three games. Spirou closed within 53-47 midway through the third quarter, but German Gabriel and Fran Pilepic sparked a spurt, and Dairis Bertans finished it with triples that had the hosts in front 72-52 after three quarters, and up by 30 points in the fourth. Paris Levallois 68 - 78 Ratiopharm Ulm

Using its better long-range shooting to full advantage, Ratiopharm Ulm came back to post a double-digit road win, 69-78, over host Paris Levallois in Group C on Tuesday. Ulm lifted its record to 1-2 while Paris fell to 0-3 despite boasting advantages in every statistical category except three-point shooting and total points. Phillipp Schwethelm was example A for the winners, with all 12 of his points scored on 4-for-6 triples, one more made than the entire Paris team. Ulm shot 11 for 30 overall from downtown while Paris hit just 3 of 13 attempts. Read more here.

BCM Gravelines Dunkerque 75 - 52 Belfius Mons Hainaut 

BCM Gravelines Dunkerque used a couple of hot-handed three-point shooters and solid defense to turn back visiting Belfius Mons Hainaut 75-52 and stay unbeaten in Group D on Tuesday. Gravelines improved to 3-0 atop the group, while Mons remains in the last-place danger zone at 0-3. Juby Johnson hit 5 three-pointers to lead the winners with 19 points. Jonathan Rousselle landed 5 of 9 to finish with 18 points, Souleyman Diabate added 18 and 7 assists. Read more here.

Alba Fehervar 75 - 88 Khimik Yuzhne

Khimik Yuzhne rolled to its second double-digit road win in three games by beating Alba Fehervar 75-88 in Hungary on Tuesday to stay unbeaten in Group F. Khimik is now 3-0 and Alba Fehervar 0-3, and their records reflect how the game went. The visitors hit the ground running to lead by as many as 17 points in the very first quarter and never look back on the way to victory. Paul Delaney had 24 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists while missing just 2 two-point shots missed all night. Read more here.

Kalev Cramo Tallinn 72 - 81 Unics Kazan

Unics Kazan led from start to finish, downing Kalev Cramo Tallin 72-81 on Tuesday. Victory improved Unics to 3-0 in Group G, while Kalev Cramo dropped to 0-3. The visitors hit four three-pointers in the first quarter, building 12-31 margin after 10 minutes. Even though the host rallied and cut it within 3 points in the third quarter, Unics never relinquished the lead. Andrew Goudelock paced the visitors in victory, netting 20 points on 4-for-5 three-pointers, including the one that sealed the deal in the final minute. Read more here.

Radnicki Kragujevac 97 - 80 Spartak Saint Petersburg

Newcomer Radnicki Kragujevac defended its home court in style, sinking 13 three-pointers en route to one of the biggest victories in club history, 97-80 triumph over Spartak St. Petersburg on Tuesday. With second consecutive win, Radnicki improved to 2-1 in Group H, grabbing at least a share of second place, while Spartak dropped its second consecutive game, and now holds 1-2 record. The hosts finished the first quarter with an 11-0 run, taking control of encounter, and never let Spartak get closer than 6 points rest of the way. Sava Lesic paced the winners with 23 points and 9 rebounds.
