Hapoel Tel Aviv signs Jamal Shuler

He played with Nanterre last season

Israeli side Hapoel Tel Aviv announced the signing of American shooting guard Jamal Shuler to a one-year deal. Shuler spent last season with Nanterre in France, averaging 13.8 points and 5.1 assists per game in Basketball Champions League.
