Joe Ragland really close to signing with Avellino

Joe Ragland is really close to return in Italy and signing with Scandone Avellino, a source told Sportando. Ragland already played in Avellino two years ago and now he's willing to return after a season in Russia with Lokomotiv Kuban.

The deal between the two sides is basically done and now the only thing missing is the signing on the contract. An official announcement is expected to arrive really soon.
