AEK Athens' Manny Harris named Basketball Champions League Round 14 MVP
Harris is the MVP of the round

There are no ifs, ands or buts about it - AEK Athens wouldn't have a pulse in the Basketball Champions League had Manny Harris not done his best imitation of Superman and led the club to victory on Tuesday against medi Bayreuth.
Needing a win to stay in the hunt for the Round of 16, AEK got a 35-minute jolt from their 28-year-old shooting guard as they scraped an 83-81 triumph over the visitors from Germany in one of the top moments of the Regular Season.
Harris, who had 23 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals and a +31 efficiency, has been honored as the Gameday 14 MVP of the Week.
Harris was virtually impossible to guard. When medi Bayreuth tried to contain him on AEK's last possession, he smartly got to the edge of the lane before passing the ball to a wide-open Dusan Sakota, who nailed a go-ahead 3-pointer.
Harris was 9 of 17 (52.9 percent) from the floor and he drilled 1 of his 2 3-pointers. The ability to create opportunities for his teammates like Sakota, who is about a sure thing as there is when it comes to making the big shots from deep, makes Harris downright lethal.
