Free-agent guard Jalil Abdul-Bassit has reached agreement on a deal with Albanian reigning champion SK Tirana, a source told Sportando.
Abdul-Bassit, 24, will have the chance to compete in the Balkan League as he'll play his first season in Europe after some brief stints in the NBA G League and in Australia.
A former Oregon guard, Jalil Abdul-Bassit played two games for the Idaho Stampede (now Salt Lake City Stars) in the NBA G League, averaging 5.5 points and one rebound over 12.9 minutes.
Last season, Abdul-Bassit played 14 games in Australia, averaging 25.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game, shooting 30% from beyond the arc for the Toowoomba Mountaineers.
