10 or 12 teams will take part in EUROHOLD Balkan League next season
The new format will be decided during next 2/3 weeks
10 or 12 teams will take part in EUROHOLD Balkan League next season. Those teams will be divided in two groups by 5 or 6 depending on the final number of participants. The regular season will consist of home and away games, than there will be a Top 8 and finally a Final 4 of Home and Away final matches.
The full list of participants will be known in the next two to three weeks. During the first week of September the management will announce the official schedule of the competition and will take a decision about the Final games.
The annual pre-season meeting will take place on September 30th in Sofia, Bulgaria. As it was already announced - EUROHOLD Balkan League′s new season will begin on October 14th.
Next week the Sports Director - Mr. Shay Shtriks will speak to representatives of Galil Gilboa and SCM U Craiova regarding thos? teams possible participation in the competition.
The teams that have already been confirmed for the next season: Vllaznia (Albania), Sigal Prishtina and Peja (Kosovo), Kozuv and Kumanovo 2009 (Macedonia), Rilski Sportist (Bulgaria), Teodo, Sutjeska and Mornar (Montenegro).
